About Me

Steeped in tradition, I come from a long line of painters and decorators. My grandfather, great grandfather, and great
great grandfather were all in the craft of making a building
beautiful inside and out.

As a little girl I enjoyed countless days in my grandparent's
shop — the smell of paint and the texture of fabrics
and wall coverings awoke a passion deep inside.
My ability for design, color, and balance comes
naturally; it is a gift passed down from
generation to generation.

My training started in my grandparent's shop.
My grandfather taught me about paint,
stain, and finishes; product and
practical application. My eye for
color comes from my grandfather.

I have over 25 years of accumulated
experience in different but related fields
of design. I have worked in design studios
and lumber yards; fine furniture stores
and in homes, painting and wallpapering.
In 2003 I graduated with a degree in
interior design.

Through all this, my favorite thing is
working with people, getting to know
them, and guiding them through the
design process. Everyone has a style. It
may be locked deep inside, but I will find
it and bring it out.
